Troubleshooting
Dinnerware has faint scratches after washing
This can sometimes occur with stoneware, especially if abrasive scouring pads or utensils are used. Ensure you are using soft sponges for handwashing and avoid stacking items in the dishwasher where they might rub against hard cutlery or other ceramic items.
Dinnerware is not completely dry after dishwasher cycle
Ensure your dishwasher's drying cycle is functioning correctly and consider adding a rinse aid. Stoneware can sometimes retain more moisture than other materials. You can also air-dry items on a rack after the cycle.
Product arrived chipped or cracked
Please contact the retailer or manufacturer immediately with proof of purchase to arrange for a replacement.

- Dishwasher: Compatible with standard home dishwashers for easy cleaning.
- Oven: Not explicitly stated as oven-safe. It is best to avoid oven use unless specified by the manufacturer.

Care:
- For daily cleaning, place the items in the dishwasher. Using a mild detergent is recommended.
- To maintain the longevity and finish of the stoneware, avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
