Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best fit, ensure you have selected your standard running shoe size as the fit is designed to be true-to-size for neutral runners. Because these shoes use specialized nylon plates and high-performance foam, avoid using them on rocky, technical trails to prevent outsole damage and maintain the integrity of the cushioning. After wet runs, remove the insoles and allow the shoes to air dry naturally in a cool, shaded area; avoid direct heat sources like radiators, which can deform the foam. For cleaning, use a soft brush and mild soap with cold water to gently remove dirt from the nylon mesh upper and outsole. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
