Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal performance and longevity:
- Break-in: Spend a few shorter, lower-intensity runs getting used to the rocker geometry before attempting long-distance races.
- Surface compatibility: Best suited for paved roads, bike paths, and dry concrete surfaces.
- Cleaning: Remove debris from the outsole after runs. Use a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe the upper; avoid submerging the shoes in water or using a washing machine, as this can degrade the foam and adhesive.
- Air Dry: Always allow the shoes to air dry in a well-ventilated space away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent the materials from warping.
