Product Information
Full details
The Saucony Triumph 24 is a premier neutral trainer engineered for female runners who prioritize maximum cushioning during high-mileage training. Featuring the innovative incrediLUX foam, this shoe provides a lightweight, plush experience that excels on long-duration asphalt runs, though its significant stack height may feel less responsive to runners who prefer a firm, low-to-the-ground feel.

FAQs
Is the Triumph 24 suitable for trail running?
It is primarily designed for asphalt and paved roads. The high stack height may feel unstable on uneven, technical trail terrain.
What is the drop of this shoe?
The Saucony Triumph 24 features a 10 mm heel-to-toe drop.
Does this shoe provide arch support?
This is a neutral trainer, meaning it does not contain corrective features for overpronation but provides a balanced, cushioned platform for standard gaits.
Can I put these shoes in the washing machine?
It is recommended to hand-wash only. Machine washing can compromise the adhesive and the structural integrity of the foam.
How does the incrediLUX foam differ from previous models?
The incrediLUX foam is engineered to be lighter and more cushioned than earlier foam iterations used in the series.
Troubleshooting
Feeling of instability during cornering
Ensure the laces are secured using the eyelet lock if necessary and avoid high-speed lateral movements.
Upper mesh collecting dust or debris
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface debris after the shoes have dried.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal performance, verify your UK size, such as the UK 6 provided here, and wear your preferred running socks during the initial fitting to ensure adequate room for foot swelling during long runs.
Care Instructions:
- Wipe down the upper with a damp cloth after runs to remove dirt.
- Air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent foam degradation.
- Remove the sockliner to allow the shoe to breathe after heavy sweat sessions.
- Replace trainers every 400-500 miles, depending on your running surface and gait intensity.
