The adidas Cloudfoam Flex Trainers are designed for adult women seeking a blend of athletic support and everyday comfort. Featuring a signature sculpted Cloudfoam midsole and a breathable upper, these trainers are ideal for daily walks and light activity; however, they are primarily built for casual wear rather than high-intensity sports performance.

These trainers are designed for walking and casual daily use. They lack the structural support and stability required for distance running.
The elastic lacing system is integrated for convenience. While they can technically be swapped, they are intended to remain as-is for the slip-on experience.
Yes, they generally follow standard sizing. If you have a wider foot, you may prefer to go up half a size for extra comfort.
Wipe the edges of the midsole with a damp cloth after each use to prevent dirt from settling into the foam pores.
No, the breathable upper is porous to allow for airflow, meaning it will absorb water in wet conditions.
The elastic laces are pre-set; if you need a tighter fit, ensure the tongue is fully centered or consider wearing slightly thicker socks.
Gently dab with a mixture of water and mild detergent. Avoid scrubbing aggressively to maintain the integrity of the fabric.
These trainers are designed for immediate wear right out of the box with no break-in period required. Since they utilize elastic laces, ensure the tension feels secure but not constrictive before your first walk. To care for your trainers, avoid machine washing, which can degrade the foam and glue. Instead, gently spot-clean the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. If the outsoles pick up dirt or debris, use a soft-bristled brush to clear the tread patterns. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material fading.
