These trainers are designed for walking and casual wear. They do not offer the stability required for long-distance running.
The Cloudfoam midsole is generally integrated; we recommend keeping the original insoles for optimal support.
We recommend measuring your feet while wearing socks and comparing the result to the adidas size chart for your specific UK size.
We advise against machine washing to preserve the life of the materials; stick to hand-cleaning with a damp cloth.
The upper is crafted from a breathable textile designed to keep your feet cool throughout the day.
Adjust the elastic lacing system to ensure a tighter fit or consider adding a thin aftermarket insole.
Gently wipe with a damp cloth; avoid abrasive scrubbing which may damage the mesh fibers.
The adidas Cloudfoam Flex trainers are designed as a 'ready-to-wear' product. Upon unboxing, ensure the elastic laces are adjusted to your preferred tension. For cleaning, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and use a damp cloth with mild soap for surface stains. Avoid submerging the trainers in water or putting them in a tumble dryer, as heat can compromise the foam integrity and glue bonds. Air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators.
