Yes, it is designed with performance technology, but it is best suited for casual runs and light training rather than competitive long-distance racing.
Use a soft-bristled brush or a cloth dampened with mild soap to gently scrub the mesh, then let it air dry in a well-ventilated area.
Yes, the insoles are generally removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if preferred.
Most users find the ProGrid Omni 9 fits true to standard trainer sizing, though it is always recommended to refer to the manufacturer's size guide before purchasing.
The shoe uses XT-900 rubber, which is a carbon-rubber compound known for its durability and grip.
Try a double knot or look for a secure lace-locking pattern to increase tension.
Ensure the shoe is fully laced to the top eyelet to secure the heel cup and prevent slippage.
To ensure the longevity of your ProGrid Omni 9 trainers, proper maintenance is essential.
Setup: Ensure you have the correct fit; as with most trainers, you should have approximately a thumbnail's width of space at the front of the toe box.
Care: Keep your shoes looking sharp by wiping away surface dirt with a damp cloth after use. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can compromise the synthetic overlays and adhesive bonds. If the shoes become soaked, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the cushioning foam.
