Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Unroll the rug completely and allow it to lay flat for a few hours or overnight to allow creases from packaging to relax. For faster flattening, you can gently roll the rug in the opposite direction of the creases.
Compatibility: This rug is suitable for most indoor areas and can be used on various floor types. While it can be used in kitchens or dining rooms, it's advisable to place a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping, especially on hard floors.
Care:
- Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly without a beater bar on a high setting to remove surface dirt and maintain the pile.
- Stains: For fresh spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild detergent or a carpet cleaner specifically designed for polypropylene rugs. Test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first. Blot the stained area gently, working from the outside in. Rinse the area with a damp cloth and blot dry.
- Deep Cleaning: For more thorough cleaning, professional cleaning is recommended periodically.
- Moisture: Ensure the rug is dried thoroughly if it becomes wet to prevent mildew.
