Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Unroll the rug completely and allow it to lay flat for several hours or overnight to remove any creases from packaging. Placing heavy objects on the corners can help speed this process.
Compatibility: This rug is suitable for most indoor floor types, including hardwood, tile, laminate, and carpet. It can be used with underfloor heating. Ensure the surface beneath is clean and dry before placement.
Care:
- Regular Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly, ideally 1-2 times per week, using a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or with the beater bar set to the highest pile height to avoid damaging the fibers.
- Spot Cleaning: For small spills or stains, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. If necessary, use a mild detergent or a specific carpet cleaner, testing it on an inconspicuous area first. Blot gently, do not rub.
- Deep Cleaning: For a more thorough cleaning, professional carpet cleaning is recommended. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive water.
- Rotation: Rotate the rug periodically to ensure even wear.
