The new formulation provides a long-lasting, all-weather, micro-porous, protective satin finish, ideal for garden furniture and exterior woodwork on both rough sawn and planed timber. It is designed for quick application, allowing most tasks to be completed in a single day. Please note: This product is only available in ready-mixed colours, including burnt walnut, ebony, jacobean oak, russet, rustic oak, forest green, and white. Ensure all timber surfaces are sound, clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, polish, or other surface contaminants. Treat any mould or lichen with a fungicidal wash as directed. Sand smooth natural planed wood and wipe clean with white spirit to remove any natural oils or resins, then allow to dry. Avoid inhalation of dust and wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding. Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960 paint surfaces over wood and metal as they may contain harmful lead.
