FAQs
What material is the ALOHAS sandal made of?
The sandal features a 100% leather construction, with a suede upper and a suede-wrapped molded footbed. The sole is made of Cuerolite.
How do I adjust the fit of the sandals?
The sandals have wide straps with large metal buckles that can be adjusted to secure the fit around your foot.
Are these sandals suitable for walking long distances?
These sandals are designed for everyday comfort with a molded footbed, but the low sole height and leather material make them best suited for light wear and shorter distances rather than extensive walking.
How should I care for the suede material?
Use a suede brush for dry dirt and a suede eraser for marks. Protect with a suede spray and avoid getting them wet. Clean stains cautiously with a slightly damp cloth.
What is the sole made of?
The sole is made of Cuerolite, a durable material providing reliable traction.
Do these sandals run true to size?
This specific listing is for UK 7.5 (IT 38). It is recommended to consult size charts and customer reviews for specific sizing guidance, as fit can vary.
Can I wear these sandals in wet conditions?
It is not recommended to wear suede footwear in wet conditions, as it can damage the material and lead to staining. Always protect your suede sandals with appropriate sprays.
Troubleshooting
Suede appears dirty or stained
Use a dedicated suede brush to lift dirt. For tougher stains, try a suede eraser or consult a professional leather cleaner. Test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first.
Straps feel too loose or tight
Adjust the straps using the metal buckles. Ensure the buckle is securely fastened after adjustment.
Soles feel slippery on certain surfaces
The Cuerolite sole provides grip on most dry surfaces. For increased traction on potentially slick surfaces, consider applying a thin layer of a rubber sole protector or consulting a cobbler.
Leather feels stiff
Apply a small amount of leather conditioner specifically formulated for suede. Allow it to absorb fully, then brush the suede to restore its texture.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions

Compatibility: Suitable for adult women. While the size is listed as UK 7.5 (IT 38), please refer to sizing charts for accurate fit if considering other available sizes.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: For the suede upper, use a suede brush to remove dry dirt. For stains, a slightly damp cloth can be used cautiously, but avoid soaking. For the footbed, a damp cloth is also recommended.
- Protection: It is advisable to treat suede with a protective spray to guard against water and stains. Reapply periodically.
