FAQs

How do I clean the fryer?

Allow the fryer to cool completely. Remove the oil container and wash it with warm, soapy water (it's dishwasher safe). Wipe the exterior of the fryer with a damp cloth.

What type of oil should I use?

You can use any type of cooking oil suitable for frying, such as vegetable oil, canola oil, or peanut oil. Always check the oil's smoke point before use.

How often should I change the oil?

Change the oil after every few uses, or when it becomes dark, thick, or has a strong odor. The cool zone technology helps extend the oil's life.

Can I fry frozen food?

Yes, but always remove excess ice from frozen food before frying. Be cautious as the oil may splatter.

What is the cool zone technology?

The cool zone is the area at the bottom of the fryer where the temperature is lower. It helps prevent food particles from burning and contaminating the oil.

Is the fryer dishwasher safe?

The removable oil container and the basket are dishwasher safe. Other parts of the fryer should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

What are the dimensions of the fryer?

The fryer measures 40 x 18 x 25cm, making it suitable for countertop use.

Troubleshooting

Fryer won't turn on.

Check the power cord and outlet. Ensure the fryer is properly plugged in and that the outlet is functioning.

Food is not cooking properly.

Check the temperature setting. Make sure you are using the correct temperature for the type of food you are cooking. Avoid overcrowding the basket.

Oil is smoking excessively.

The oil may be too hot. Reduce the temperature setting. Ensure the oil is not contaminated with food particles.

The fryer is taking too long to heat up.

Ensure the correct voltage. Check the heating element for any damage. Ensure you are using the correct oil and that the oil level is correct.
