The Under Armour Motion Flare Leggings are designed for adult women seeking technical support and sport functionality during demanding workouts. Their key benefit is providing targeted muscle compression and advanced moisture-wicking to ensure comfort and optimal temperature regulation. A potential caveat is the specific fit, which is slim through the hip with a flare to the hem, which may not suit all preferences. Key features include performance-engineered fabric, strategically positioned compression zones, a contoured waistband, ultra-soft and breathable material, 4-way stretch, and a convenient side drop-in pocket.

These leggings are ideal for demanding workouts, including high-intensity training, cardio, weightlifting, and general fitness activities, due to their technical fabric, compression, and moisture-wicking properties.
Refer to the product's sizing chart provided by Under Armour. Measure your waist, hips, and inseam and compare them to the chart. The fit is slim through the hip with a flared hem.
Yes, the stylish design with a flared hem makes them suitable for casual athleisure wear in addition to athletic activities.
The compression zones are strategically placed to offer targeted support to muscles, which can help with muscle fatigue and recovery during and after intense workouts.
The side drop-in pocket is designed for small essentials. Whether it fits a smartphone depends on the size of the phone and the specific dimensions of the pocket, which are not detailed but typically accommodate items like keys or cards.
Machine wash cold with like colors, avoid bleach unless needed, tumble dry low, and do not iron. Crucially, do not use fabric softeners, as they can degrade the moisture-wicking capabilities of the fabric.
4-way stretch means the fabric can be stretched in four directions (lengthwise and widthwise). This allows for maximum freedom of movement and ensures the leggings adapt comfortably to your body's movements during exercise.
Ensure you have selected the correct size. Check the fit description (slim through hip, flared hem) to confirm it matches your expectations. If between sizes, consider the next size up for a less compressive fit.
Verify that fabric softeners were not used during washing, as they can clog the fabric's pores. Ensure the garment is washed regularly according to care instructions.
Make sure the waistband is pulled up correctly to sit on your hips as intended. Ensure the size is correct; if too large, it may slide down. Re-check care instructions to ensure fabric integrity hasn't been compromised.
These leggings are designed with compression zones for support. If the compression is too intense, consider if this style of garment is best suited for your activity level or if a less compressive option might be preferable.
Setup: These are ready-to-wear garments and require no assembly. Simply try them on to ensure a comfortable fit.
Compatibility: Designed for adult women engaging in athletic activities. The fit is slim through the hip with a flared hem. Available in various sizes.
