These Under Armour Motion Flare Performance Gym Leggings are designed for adult women engaging in demanding workouts. Their key benefit is the combination of technical support and sport functionality, offering targeted muscle compression for enhanced comfort during intense training. A potential caveat is that the flared hem might be a consideration for certain exercises or personal preferences. The leggings feature performance-engineered fabric with advanced moisture-wicking technology, strategically placed compression zones, and a contoured waistband for a secure fit. They are crafted from a breathable, comfortable, 4-way stretch material that moves with you.

These leggings are ideal for demanding workouts including gym sessions, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), cardio, and studio classes where both support and flexibility are needed.
The inseam for these leggings is 31 inches.
The leggings feature a side drop-in pocket suitable for small essentials like keys or cards. A phone may fit depending on its size, but it might cause some bulk or affect the streamlined fit.
Machine wash cold with like colors. Avoid chlorine bleach, high heat drying, ironing, and fabric softeners. Do not dry clean.
Compression zones are areas of the fabric engineered to apply gentle pressure to specific muscle groups, offering support, aiding recovery, and potentially improving performance.
The leggings are made from 82% Polyester and 18% Elastane, offering a balance of durability, stretch, and comfort.
The flare is designed to be a stylistic element and typically does not impede movement during most exercises. However, it might be a personal preference consideration for specific, highly technical movements.
Ensure you have selected the correct size. The material has 4-way stretch, but proper sizing is crucial for comfort and performance. Check the size guide if unsure.
Ensure the garment is not overloaded with fabric softener, as this can impede moisture-wicking properties. Follow care instructions carefully.
Confirm the waistband is sitting correctly on your hips as designed. If it continues to slip, the size may be too large, or body shape may not be suited to the contoured fit.
Avoid using fabric softeners and do not iron the leggings, as these can affect the fabric's texture and performance. Tumble dry on low heat.
