The Cloudswift 4 is designed for daily runs and urban environments, offering excellent cushioning. For marathons, runners may prefer shoes with more specialized long-distance support and features.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers. Hand washing with a damp cloth and mild soap is the preferred method to maintain the integrity of the materials and construction.

CloudTec® cushioning is designed to provide a soft landing upon impact and explosive take-offs, absorbing pressure and delivering an energized, responsive feel with each step.

Refer to the sizing chart provided by On Running. It is also advisable to try the shoes on, preferably later in the day when feet are slightly larger, to ensure a comfortable fit with your usual running socks.

Ensure the shoes are clean and free from debris that might impede cushioning. If the shoes have accumulated significant mileage, consider replacement for optimal performance.

While the rubber outsole provides good grip, performance on extremely wet or icy surfaces can be limited. Exercise caution in such conditions. For enhanced grip in wet weather, ensure the outsole is clean of mud or debris.

Avoid abrasive cleaning methods. If snagging occurs, gently trim loose threads rather than pulling them. Regular, gentle cleaning can help maintain the integrity of the mesh.
