Full details
The On Cloudswift 4 trainers are designed for adult female runners seeking a cushioned and responsive experience for city street running. The key benefit is the exceptionally soft landings provided by the new dual-density Helion™ super foam and a forward-rolling sensation from the rockered geometry. A potential consideration is that the performance focus might make them less ideal for casual, non-running activities where maximum flexibility is desired.

FAQs
Are the On Cloudswift 4 suitable for marathon running?
While offering excellent cushioning, the Cloudswift 4 is primarily designed for daily training and shorter to medium-distance runs on city streets. For marathon distances, consider specialized marathon shoes that offer even greater long-distance comfort and durability.
Can I use these shoes for cross-training or gym workouts?
The Cloudswift 4 is optimized for running. While they can be worn for light gym activities, their cushioning and support are best utilized for running. For heavy lifting or lateral movements, a shoe with a more stable, flatter base might be preferable.
How do I determine my correct UK size?
Refer to the sizing chart provided by the manufacturer or retailer. Generally, ensure there is a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe when standing.
What is the heel-to-toe drop on the Cloudswift 4?
The Cloudswift 4 has an 8mm heel offset, which provides a balanced feel between cushioning and responsiveness.
How does the dual-density Helion™ foam differ from previous versions?
The dual-density Helion™ super foam in the Cloudswift 4 is engineered to provide softer landings by varying the foam density, offering an enhanced cushioning experience compared to previous single-density formulations.
Are these shoes waterproof?
No, the On Cloudswift 4 features a breathable mesh upper and is not waterproof. They are designed for running in dry conditions and offer ventilation, not protection from rain or puddles.
Troubleshooting
Foot discomfort or rubbing
Ensure the correct size is being worn. Adjust lacing for a more personalized fit. Check for any debris inside the shoe. Break in the shoes gradually with shorter runs.
Reduced cushioning effect
Over time, cushioning can naturally decrease. If the shoes feel significantly less supportive, it may be time to consider replacement after extensive use.
Upper feels too tight
Loosen the laces, especially around the midfoot cage. If the issue persists, consider if the fit is not suitable for your foot shape.
Difficulty cleaning white material
Use a magic eraser or a specialized shoe cleaner for white materials. Clean regularly to prevent stains from setting in.
