Troubleshooting
Seat pad slips during use.
Ensure the buttoned straps are securely fastened around the chair back. For chairs with very smooth surfaces, consider using non-slip gripper pads (sold separately) underneath the seat pad.
Seat pad feels flat or less supportive over time.
Gently fluff the cushion by hand to redistribute the polyester filling. For persistent flattening, consider replacing the cushion.
Stains on the seat pad.
Spot clean minor stains immediately with a damp cloth and mild soap. For larger stains, follow the machine washing instructions.
Seat pad is damp after outdoor use.
Bring the seat pads indoors immediately after use and allow them to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Do not use if damp, as this can lead to mildew.
