Can I use these for trail running?
These are designed for road running. The mesh upper and outsole are not optimized for rocky or technical trail terrain.
What is the primary benefit of ZoomX foam?
ZoomX foam is Nike's lightest cushioning, providing superior energy return and a bouncy feel underfoot.
Are these suitable for marathon training?
Yes, their plush cushioning makes them ideal for the high-mileage requirements of marathon training.
How do I keep the white upper looking new?
Regularly wipe away surface dust with a damp cloth and avoid running through mud or deep puddles.
Troubleshooting
Foot slippage during runs
Adjust the lacing pattern using the top-most eyelet for a 'heel lock' to increase security.
Difficulty cleaning white mesh
Use a soft-bristled brush and a mixture of water and gentle detergent; spot clean gently rather than soaking the shoe.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best experience, secure the laces with a runner's knot to achieve a locked-in feel. These trainers are optimized for road surfaces; avoid heavy trail use to preserve the integrity of the mesh upper and outsole pattern. To care for your shoes, wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap after running in wet conditions. Always air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent the ZoomX foam from warping. Remove the insoles occasionally to allow the interior to fully dry out and prevent odors.
