Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your trainers maintain their performance, store them in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. When cleaning, avoid using harsh chemicals or industrial washing machines. Instead, gently scrub the upper with a soft brush, mild soap, and lukewarm water, allowing the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Ensure you have the correct size for your foot shape before your first long run to prevent blisters or pressure points. If using custom orthotics, ensure they fit securely over the existing insole to maintain the shoe's intended geometry.
