The Asics Gt-2160 trainers are designed for style-conscious adults seeking a blend of 2000s-inspired aesthetics and modern everyday comfort. These unisex sneakers provide excellent shock absorption through signature GEL technology, making them ideal for urban commuting and casual wear; however, their construction is optimized for lifestyle use rather than high-intensity athletic performance.

While based on running heritage, these are designed as lifestyle sneakers. They are best suited for walking and casual daily use rather than high-intensity running.
Yes, this model is designed as a unisex trainer suitable for all genders.
Wipe the leather parts with a clean, slightly damp cloth and allow them to air dry away from heat.
The insoles are generally removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if required.
The midsole provides a balanced level of support consistent with general lifestyle footwear.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the color and material integrity.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently dislodge debris from the mesh pores rather than scrubbing hard.
To minimize permanent creasing, ensure the shoes are stored with a shoe tree or stuffed with paper when not in use.
Ensure the classic lacing is snug but not overtightened to maintain circulation, and double-knot if necessary for a more secure fit.
For the best fit, ensure you select your standard UK sizing, as these trainers follow traditional footwear sizing conventions. Because the uppers are constructed from a combination of leather and mesh, they do not require a significant 'break-in' period. To maintain the shoes, avoid machine washing; instead, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap to clean the synthetic overlays and a soft brush to remove dust from the mesh fabric. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources or radiators to prevent material degradation.
