This lightweight shoe features signature Helion superfoam technology for superior impact cushioning and a water-repellent upper, making it an excellent choice for unpredictable weather; however, users should note that the 8mm heel-to-toe drop is specifically engineered for road performance and may not suit all trail or cross-training activities.

What is the primary surface for the Cloudswift 4?
These shoes are designed primarily for road running and urban environments.
How do I maintain the foam midsole?

Can I use these for gym training?
While they are excellent for running and cardio, the high-cushion platform may be less stable for heavy lifting or lateral movement exercises.
Troubleshooting
Feeling of slipping or heel lift
Adjust your lacing pattern using the top eyelet to create a 'runner's loop' for a more secure lockdown.
Accumulated debris inside the sole
Use a dull, thin object like a plastic butter knife to gently remove pebbles or debris caught in the cloud-like outsole cavities.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Cloudswift 4 trainers, follow these guidelines:
- Fit: Ensure you have a thumb's width of space at the front of the shoe to prevent toe discomfort.
- Break-in: Wear the shoes for short walking sessions before attempting long-distance runs to allow the foam to conform to your foot.
- Cleaning: Remove loose dirt with a soft brush. Use a damp cloth with mild soap for localized stains. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using a washing machine, as this can degrade the specialized foams.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the synthetic materials.
