Geox JR CASEY Girls School Shoes - Black, UK 3

Yes, the classic black Mary Jane style and durable leather construction make the Geox Casey shoes an excellent and compliant choice for most school uniform policies.

Wipe the leather upper with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a mild leather cleaner designed for finished leather. Always let them air dry completely.

Yes, Geox's patented technology features a perforated rubber outsole combined with a special membrane that allows feet to breathe by expelling moisture, while preventing water from entering the shoe from the outside.

Measure your child's feet regularly, as they grow quickly. When trying on the shoes, ensure there is about a thumb's width of space between the longest toe and the end of the shoe, and that the strap can be fastened securely without pinching.

The leather upper is treated to be water-repellent, offering protection against light rain and splashes. While they offer good resistance, they are not fully waterproof and prolonged exposure to heavy rain or submersion should be avoided to preserve the material.

The lining material for the Geox Casey Girls Shoes is fabric, designed for comfort and breathability against the foot.

Adjust the touch fasten strap. Ensure it's neither too tight (restricting circulation) nor too loose (causing the foot to slip). Check if the child is wearing appropriate socks.

Clean the shoes with a damp cloth, then apply a leather conditioner. For scuffs, use a matching black shoe polish and buff with a soft cloth to restore shine and cover marks.

While the sole is breathable, ensure the child is wearing socks made of moisture-wicking materials (like cotton or specific athletic blends) rather than synthetic materials that trap heat. Also, ensure the shoes are aired out regularly after wear.

Check the strap for accumulated lint or debris. Clean both sides of the touch fasten closure with a small brush (like an old toothbrush) to restore its grip. If heavily worn, consistent cleaning may prolong its life.
