Troubleshooting

Cushion appears flat or loses its plumpness.

Gently pat and fluff the cushion to redistribute the polyester filling. For significant flattening, allow it to air out in a dry place; however, significant loss of loft may be permanent due to the nature of polyester fill.

Surface dirt or small stains.

Use a clean, slightly damp cloth to gently blot the affected area. Avoid rubbing vigorously, as this may spread the stain or damage the fabric. Allow to air dry completely.

Color transfer from one side to the other.

This is unlikely with standard use. Ensure the cushion is fully dry after spot cleaning. Avoid prolonged contact with damp surfaces or other fabrics that may transfer color.
