Bottle leaking

Ensure the pull-up valve is fully pushed down after drinking and that the lid is screwed on tightly. Check for any damage to the valve or seal.

Lunch bag not keeping food cool/warm effectively

Pre-chill or pre-heat items before packing. For longer durations, consider using an ice pack or insulated food jar.

Velcro on lunch bag not closing securely

Ensure there are no food particles or debris stuck to the Velcro. Press firmly to ensure a secure fastening.

Bottle valve difficult to pull up or push down
