Troubleshooting

Lamp does not turn on.
  1. Ensure the power cord is fully plugged into a working electrical outlet. 2. Check the on/off switch for proper engagement. 3. Verify that the LED bulb is securely screwed into the socket. 4. If available, test the outlet with another appliance.
Light flickers or is dim.
  1. Ensure the LED bulb is screwed in tightly. A loose connection can cause flickering. 2. If the issue persists, try replacing the LED bulb with a new, compatible one. 3. > Info needed: Check if the lamp is connected to a dimmer switch not rated for LED bulbs, which can cause flickering or dimness if not specified as dimmable.
Lamp feels unstable or wobbles.
  1. Ensure the lamp is placed on a flat, even surface. 2. Check that the base is securely attached to the lamp stem. Tighten any visible screws if necessary. 3. > Info needed: Verify that all stem sections are fully tightened during assembly.
Rectangular shade is crooked or loose.
  1. Gently adjust the shade until it is centered and straight. 2. > Info needed: Check the shade attachment mechanism and tighten any retaining rings or screws that hold the shade in place.
Scratches or marks on the gold finish.

Handle the lamp with care to prevent scratches. For minor marks, a soft, dry polishing cloth designed for metal finishes may help. Avoid harsh rubbing or abrasive materials.
