FAQs
Are these suitable for natural grass?
No, the TF (Turf) designation indicates these boots are specifically engineered for artificial turf surfaces and will not provide adequate grip on natural grass.
How do I choose the right size?
These follow standard UK sizing for adults. If you are between sizes, consider your preference for a snug versus slightly looser fit, as the Copa Sense.1 is designed to be form-fitting.
Can I wash these in a machine?
No, machine washing can damage the adhesives and synthetic materials. Always clean by hand using a damp cloth.
What is the best way to remove turf rubber from the soles?
Use a dry, soft-bristled brush after every game to knock out rubber pellets before they get impacted into the grooves.
Will the yellow colour fade?
Like any high-visibility footwear, some color dulling over time is normal due to sun exposure and wear, but regular cleaning will help keep them looking fresh.
Troubleshooting
Boots feel too tight initially
The synthetic and high-performance materials in the Copa Sense.1 often require a brief break-in period; wear them for short training sessions to allow the material to mold to your foot shape.
Losing grip on synthetic turf
Check the outsole for compacted infill debris. Clean the studs with a brush to ensure the tread pattern is clear for maximum surface contact.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your adidas Copa Sense.1 TF boots, proper care is essential. Always remove excess rubber pellets and dirt from the outsole after each session using a soft-bristled brush. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap to maintain the vibrant yellow finish; avoid using harsh chemicals or machine washing, which can damage the materials. Store the boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation. These boots are engineered specifically for artificial turf (TF) and should not be used on firm or soft natural grass, as the traction patterns differ significantly.
