The Skechers Glide-Step Pro Slip On Runners are engineered for busy adults who prioritize convenience and consistent cushioning in their daily footwear. These trainers excel at providing a hands-free, effortless transition from walking to running while keeping the foot secure, though they are primarily intended for casual use rather than high-intensity marathon training.

No, it is recommended to air-dry the trainers to prevent damage to the foam and structural components caused by high heat.
These shoes are designed for everyday wear, walking, and light exercise; they are not classified as high-performance marathon racing shoes.
Skechers generally fit true to size, but since these are slip-ons, ensure your heel sits firmly against the back of the shoe without excessive room.
The Air-Cooled Memory Foam is integrated into the design, but for most standard needs, the comfort levels are optimized as is.
The Glide-Step Pro performs best on paved roads, sidewalks, and indoor gym surfaces.
Adjust the tension of the stretch laces slightly or ensure the heel is correctly positioned against the Heel Pillow.
Ensure the shoe size is correct and that you are not wearing overly thin or slippery socks that bypass the grip of the interior lining.
These trainers require no break-in period; simply slip them on and go. For maintenance, the shoes are fully machine washable. It is recommended to wash them on a gentle, cold cycle with mild detergent and air-dry them away from direct heat sources to preserve the integrity of the memory foam and synthetic materials. Avoid using bleach, which can damage the fabric and lining.
