The Skechers Glide-Step Pro Trainers are designed for active women who prioritize both athletic performance and all-day comfort. Featuring advanced cushioning technology and a breathable design, these shoes offer exceptional support for walking and light workouts, though the slip-on style may feel too loose for individuals requiring a highly adjustable, traditional lace-up fit.

While some Skechers are washable, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth to preserve the integrity of the memory foam and geometric midsole.
The bungee laces are integrated into the shoe's construction. If they break, they are not intended to be replaced with standard laces.
The Air-Cooled Memory Foam provides contoured cushioning that offers moderate support suitable for most casual walkers.
The mesh upper offers some stretch, but those with wider feet may find the fixed bungee system snug; trying them on for fit is recommended.
These are designed for walking and general fitness. We do not recommend them for long-distance running or high-impact athletic training.
Ensure you are wearing appropriate athletic socks, as the bungee system is designed for a snug fit that may feel different from traditional laces.
Remove the insole if possible to allow it to air out after heavy use, which helps the memory foam recover its original density.
Because the Skechers Glide-Step Pro features a bungee slip-on construction, no initial setup or lace-tying is required. For the best fit, ensure you select your standard UK shoe size, as the material is designed to conform to the foot. To maintain your trainers, gently wipe the mesh and overlays with a soft, damp cloth using mild soap. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents, as this can degrade the memory foam. Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent the materials from warping.
