Troubleshooting
Uneven wear on the outsole
This can be caused by individual running biomechanics. Ensure you are using the correct size and that the shoe is appropriate for your gait type. Consistent use on intended surfaces (asphalt) will help.
Cushioning feels too soft or too firm
Cushioning feel can be subjective and vary with temperature. Allow a break-in period of 10-20 miles. The PWRRUN+ is designed to adapt over time to your stride.
Upper feels restrictive or loose
Adjust the lacing pattern to achieve a personalized fit. Ensure the heel collar is properly secured. If discomfort persists, check if the shoe size is correct.
