FAQs
Can I use these boots on natural grass?
No, the soleplate is specifically optimized for synthetic turf and will not provide adequate grip on natural grass.
Are these boots unisex?
Yes, the Puma Ultra 6 Play is designed as a unisex model suitable for all kids.
How do I determine the right size for my child?
The sizes provided are in UK children's sizing; we recommend measuring the foot and comparing it to standard conversion charts if necessary.
How should I store them after practice?
Store them in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain the integrity of the synthetic materials.
Are these suitable for indoor courts?
These are designed for synthetic turf. While they may work on some court surfaces, they are best suited for artificial grass pitches.
Troubleshooting
Boots feel slippery on the turf
Check the outsole for trapped synthetic rubber pellets; clearing these from the studs will restore traction.
Accumulated dirt on the upper
Use a soft brush to remove dried dirt, then follow with a damp cloth; avoid abrasive chemicals.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Puma Ultra 6 Play boots last as long as possible, follow these maintenance tips:
- Compatibility: These boots are exclusively designed for synthetic turf (astro turf). Avoid using them on concrete or hard ground to prevent excessive wear.
- Cleaning: After every session, wipe away loose mud or synthetic turf rubber pellets with a soft, damp cloth.
- Drying: If the boots get wet, let them air dry naturally in a cool, ventilated area. Never place them near a radiator or heater, as extreme heat can warp the materials or weaken the adhesives.
- Storage: Keep them in a dry, cool place. Avoid leaving them inside a damp sports bag, as this can lead to odor and material breakdown.
