Are these suitable for a beginner?
Yes, they are designed for youth players and are a great entry-level option for training and matches on turf.
What does the 'V' in the name signify?
The 'V' typically denotes a specific model variation within the Puma Ultra series, focusing on accessible performance features.
How do I ensure the right fit for my child?
The boots should feel snug but not tight, with a small amount of space at the front of the toes to allow for growth and movement.
Troubleshooting
Boots feel slippery on the turf
Ensure the outsole is free of caked-on rubber or debris from the pitch, as this can block the stud pattern.
Accumulation of turf pellets inside the boot
Check that the collar is snug and consider using sports socks with better elastic grip to prevent debris from entering.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Puma Ultra 6 Play V boots, proper maintenance is key. Since these boots are designed for synthetic turf, avoid wearing them on abrasive concrete or natural grass, as this can wear down the studs prematurely and decrease traction.
Care Instructions:
- After each session, knock the soles together to dislodge loose rubber beads or debris.
- Wipe the upper with a damp cloth to remove mud or dust.
- Air dry at room temperature; avoid placing them near heaters or direct sunlight, which can crack the synthetic materials.
- If the boots get wet, stuff them with newspaper to help absorb moisture and maintain their shape.
