The brilliant Jointed Loose Ring Snaffle Horse Bit is unlike a standard jointed snaffle's nearly straight mouthpiece, JP bits have a curved shape that eliminates the interference that conventional bits can cause. All JP bits feature curved bars that prevent the bit from hitting the roof of the horse's mouth and eliminate the nutcracker-like action that can pinch a horse's tongue. Developed in conjunction with world-renowned trainer and jockey John Patterson, JP bits provide the utmost comfort for your horse. The unique curved shape of the mouthpiece offers many advantages. Korsteel's JP Stainless Steel Jointed Loose Ring Snaffle Bit has been developed in conjunction with jockey John Patterson. JP bits prevent the bit from hitting the roof of your horse’s mouth and eliminates the nutcracker action due to the curved design, this encourages relaxation and avoids putting direct pressure on the tongue. This jointed bit has been crafted form Stainless Steel which is the most popular metal for bits, it does not rust or flake, and wears evenly, making it a durable choice. The loose rings are perfect for if your horse likes to lean. Available in 4.5", 5", 5.5", or 6".
