Nike Vomero Plus Running Shoes - Pearl Pink - Trainers - UK 7

The Nike Vomero Plus shoes are primarily designed for road running, offering excellent cushioning and energy return for training and racing on paved surfaces. They are also suitable for treadmill use.

Clean your shoes using a soft brush or cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing and ensure they air dry naturally away from heat.

The ZoomX midsoles provide exceptional lightweight cushioning and superior energy return, which helps to reduce impact and propel you forward more efficiently during your runs.

The standard fit is designed for a typical foot width. If you have wider feet, it's recommended to try them on first or explore lacing techniques that can provide a bit more room.

While durable, the cushioning properties of the ZoomX foam will gradually decrease with use. Most runners find optimal performance within 300-500 miles (480-800 km). Listen to your body; if you notice a significant decrease in comfort or support, it may be time for a new pair.

While they are stylish, their primary design is for running performance. For all-day casual wear, you might prefer shoes with a different support structure or cushioning focus, though they can be worn casually for short periods.

The 'Plus' designation often indicates enhanced or updated features compared to previous standard models, typically focusing on improved cushioning, responsiveness, or materials for better performance.

Ensure you have the correct size. Proper lacing techniques can also help adjust the fit. Consider trying different lacing patterns for a more personalized fit.

The ZoomX midsole may lose some of its original properties after extensive use. This is normal wear and tear. For optimal performance, consider replacing running shoes after 300-500 miles (480-800 km) of use, depending on your running style and conditions.

Ensure socks are appropriate for running and fit well. Break in the shoes gradually with shorter runs before attempting long distances. Check for any rough internal seams or debris causing irritation.
