Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your trousers last multiple seasons, it is important to follow proper maintenance steps.
- Layering: Use a synthetic or merino wool base layer underneath to manage moisture effectively.
- Cleaning: Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Use a technical detergent designed for waterproof fabrics to avoid stripping the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating.
- Drying: Air dry whenever possible. Do not tumble dry on high heat as this can damage the waterproof membrane.
- Storage: Hang the trousers in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding them tightly for long periods to prevent creases in the membrane.
