These boots are specifically designed with a lugged rubber outsole for optimal performance on artificial turf (TF) surfaces, also known as Astro Turf, 3G, or 4G pitches.
While they might provide some grip, they are not optimized for natural grass. Using them on natural grass (firm ground or soft ground) may result in reduced traction and potentially accelerated wear on the outsole.
Wipe them clean with a damp cloth after each use to remove dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush, then rinse with water and air dry away from direct sunlight or heat.
'TF' stands for 'Turf,' indicating that these boots are specifically engineered for artificial turf playing surfaces. They feature a specialized outsole pattern for superior grip on these grounds.
Yes, they are suitable for both training sessions and competitive matches. Their design prioritizes a secure fit, lightweight comfort, and enhanced traction, making them reliable for various levels of play on artificial turf.
Always refer to the adidas size guide. When trying them on, ensure there's about a thumb's width space between the longest toe and the end of the boot for growth, and that the heel is snug. The laces should allow for a customizable, secure fit without being too tight.
Ensure you are using a double knot when tying the laces. A firm, secure double knot will prevent them from loosening during intense activity.
These boots are designed for artificial turf (TF). Ensure the playing surface is indeed artificial turf. Also, clean the outsole regularly to remove dirt or debris that might reduce grip.
Check that the laces are not overtightened; they should be snug but not restrictive. Ensure your child is wearing appropriate football socks, as thick or thin socks can affect the fit. If discomfort persists, consider if the size is correct.
Wipe down the boots with a damp cloth immediately after each use to prevent dirt from caking. For tougher stains, use a mild soap and water solution with a soft brush, then air dry.
After use, remove insoles (if removable) and allow the boots to air out completely. You can also sprinkle baking soda inside the boots overnight to absorb odors, then tap it out.
