FAQs

How do I clean the boots?

Use a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and debris. For tougher stains, use a leather cleaner.

Are these boots waterproof?

The leather offers some water resistance, but they are not fully waterproof. Consider using a leather protectant spray for added protection.

What kind of socks should I wear with these boots?

You can wear any type of socks you prefer, but consider the weather and the fit of the boots. Thinner socks are recommended if the boots feel snug.

How do I break in the boots?

Wear the boots for short periods initially to allow the leather to soften. The elastic side panels should provide a comfortable fit and allow for easy break-in.

What if the boots don't fit?

Ensure you try your footwear on before returning, as the box or label may state a US/Euro size which is different to the UK size.

What is the heel height?

The heel height is low (2.5-4.9cm).

What is the upper material?

The upper material is leather.

Troubleshooting

Boots feel tight.

Ensure you have the correct size. These boots tend to run small, so consider ordering a size up. If they are still tight, try wearing thinner socks or stretching the leather.

Leather gets scuffed or scratched.

Use a leather cleaner and a soft cloth to gently remove scuffs. Apply leather conditioner to restore and protect the leather.

Difficult to slip on.

Ensure the elasticated side panels are functioning correctly. Consider using a shoe horn to help.

Sole is slippery.

Clean the sole regularly to remove any dirt or debris that might reduce grip.
