FAQs

How do I determine my size?

These boots run small. It's recommended to consult the size chart and potentially order a half-size or full size up from your usual size.

What materials are used?

The upper is made of leather, the lining is textile, and the sole is rubber.

Are these boots waterproof?

While the leather is durable, these boots are not fully waterproof. They offer some water resistance, but prolonged exposure to water should be avoided.

How should I clean the leather?

Use a damp cloth to wipe off dirt. For tougher stains, use a leather cleaner and conditioner.

What kind of heel do these boots have?

They feature a block heel.

Are the boots suitable for wide feet?

The boots are regular width. If you have wide feet, consider going up a size or trying a wide-fit boot.

What is the warranty on these boots?

Please refer to the retailer's warranty policy for details.

Troubleshooting

Boots feel too tight.

Consider exchanging for a larger size. The boots run small, so a larger size may be needed.

Leather is scuffed or scratched.

Use a leather cleaner and a soft cloth to gently buff out the marks. Apply leather conditioner after cleaning.

The sole is slippery.

Ensure the soles are clean. Consider using a non-slip spray for added grip on slick surfaces.
