Full details
The adidas Forum 84 Low Candy Cane is designed for adults seeking a stylish, comfortable low-top shoe with a nod to basketball heritage. Its key benefit is the blend of classic design elements with modern materials for everyday wear. A potential caveat is that the design features bright accents which may not suit those preferring a strictly monochromatic look. This shoe features a premium upper construction, the iconic midfoot strap for a secure fit, and a durable rubber outsole, all presented in a distinctive white and red colorway inspired by the original 1984 Forum.

FAQs
What are the main materials used in the Forum 84 Low Candy Cane?
The upper is constructed from a combination of premium leather, suede, and synthetic overlays.
How does the midfoot strap function?
The midfoot strap is adjustable and fastens with hook-and-loop closure, providing a secure and customizable fit.
Are these shoes suitable for playing basketball?
While inspired by a basketball shoe, the Forum 84 Low Candy Cane is designed as a lifestyle sneaker for casual wear and may not offer the performance or support needed for competitive play.
How do I clean the red 3-Stripes?
Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the material or color.
What is the typical fit of these shoes?
They generally run true to size. It is recommended to consult a size chart or try them on if possible. The midfoot strap can help accommodate slightly wider or narrower feet.
Can I wear these shoes in wet weather?
The materials used are not waterproof. While they can withstand light moisture, it's best to avoid wearing them in heavy rain or puddles to protect the materials and prevent color bleeding.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight
Loosen the laces and adjust the midfoot strap. Wear with thinner socks or allow a break-in period for the materials to conform to your foot.
Suede material looks dull or dirty
Use a dedicated suede brush to gently restore the nap and remove surface dirt. For tougher stains, consider a specialized suede cleaner.
Red color bleeding onto white areas
This can occur with new shoes, especially when wet. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. If bleeding occurs, try spot cleaning the affected white area with a mild cleaner and a damp cloth.
