FAQs
Are these sneakers suitable for running?
The New Balance 650R Canyon sneakers are designed primarily for casual wear and everyday comfort, not for high-impact athletic activities like running.
What material are the 650R Canyon sneakers made of?
These sneakers feature a leather upper for a classic look and durability.
How do I ensure I get the right size?
Refer to the New Balance sizing chart for accurate measurements. It is recommended to measure your foot length and compare it with the provided chart. If you are between sizes, consider your preferred fit (snug or roomy).
Can I wear these in wet weather?
While the leather offers some protection, these sneakers are not waterproof. It's advisable to avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain and consider using a water-repellent spray for added protection.
What is the main benefit of the white colorway?
The clean white colorway offers maximum versatility, allowing the sneakers to be easily paired with a wide range of colors and styles in your wardrobe.
How often should I clean my leather sneakers?
Clean your sneakers as needed, typically after heavy use or when visible dirt appears. Regular light wiping can help maintain their appearance.
Troubleshooting
Sizing feels off
Ensure you have measured your foot correctly according to New Balance's sizing guide. Consider trying on a pair in-store if possible or consult customer reviews for fit advice. Different models can have slight variations.
Leather creasing
Creasing is natural with leather. To minimize it, ensure you are using the correct size and consider using shoe trees when not in use to help maintain shape.
Discoloration from cleaning
Always test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area of the shoe first. Use only mild, leather-specific cleaners and avoid excessive water.
