- Collar Comfort: Confirm the padded collar sits comfortably around your ankle without causing any restriction or rubbing.
- Pull Tab: Use the pull tab at the heel for easier entry and to correctly position your foot within the boot.
Compatibility
These boots are designed for versatility and robust performance across various environments. They are compatible with a wide range of activities, from urban exploration to light hiking, thanks to their durable lug outsole which provides reliable grip and traction across various surfaces. Their seam-sealed waterproof construction ensures suitability for wet weather conditions, making them a reliable choice in diverse climates and for varied outdoor pursuits.
Care
- Cleaning Nubuck Leather: Regularly brush off dirt and debris with a specialized nubuck brush. For tougher stains, use a dedicated nubuck cleaner following its instructions. Avoid harsh detergents, saddle soap, or vigorous scrubbing, which can damage the unique texture of nubuck. Allow boots to air dry completely after cleaning.
- Waterproofing Maintenance: While guaranteed waterproof, occasional treatment with a waterproofing spray designed specifically for nubuck leather can help maintain its water-repellent properties over time, particularly after extensive wear or cleaning. Apply evenly and allow to dry.
- Drying Wet Boots: If your boots become wet inside, stuff them loosely with newspaper to absorb moisture and help maintain their shape. Allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators, fireplaces, or hairdryers, as these can cause the leather to crack or shrink.
- Storage: Store your boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Using shoe trees can help to absorb moisture and maintain the original shape of the boots.
