The premium nubuck leather and rugged construction offer good resistance to moisture and splashes. However, for full waterproofing in heavy rain or wet conditions, we recommend applying a waterproofing treatment specifically designed for nubuck leather.
For general cleaning, use a specialized nubuck brush to remove dirt. For stains, a nubuck cleaning kit is recommended. Always allow the boots to air dry completely away from direct heat.
Timberland boots generally run true to size, but individual fit can vary. We recommend trying them on with the socks you plan to wear. This specific model is a UK size 3.
Thermolite is a lightweight synthetic insulation designed to provide warmth without bulk. It traps air to keep your feet warm, even in damp conditions.
While they offer insulation, the moisture-wicking lining helps manage comfort. They are designed for year-round wear, but may feel warm on very hot days. They are particularly well-suited for cooler seasons.
Regular brushing with a nubuck brush helps maintain the texture and color. For fading or more intensive care, specialized nubuck conditioning products can be used. Always test on an inconspicuous area first.
New leather boots often require a break-in period. Wear them for short durations around the house before extended outdoor use. Thick socks can also help cushion your feet.
Use a dedicated nubuck brush to restore the nap and remove surface dirt. For stubborn stains, apply a specialized nubuck cleaning kit according to its instructions. Avoid using water alone, which can cause water spots.
While the chunky rubber sole provides good traction, extreme conditions like ice or deep mud may require caution. Ensure the soles are clean of debris, as build-up can reduce grip.
Before your first wear, it's recommended to treat the nubuck leather with a protective spray designed for this material to enhance water and stain resistance. To ensure the best fit, try on the boots with the type of socks you typically wear. The boots are designed for adult women (UK size 3). For ongoing care, regularly brush off dirt and debris using a nubuck brush. For deeper cleaning, use a specialized nubuck cleaner. Avoid harsh detergents or exposing the boots to extreme heat, as this can damage the leather. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
