The Regatta Travel Light Packaway Shorts II are designed for active women who prioritize mobility and efficiency during trekking or warm-climate travel. Featuring high-performance ISOFLEX stretch fabric and built-in UV and insect protection, these shorts provide essential comfort in demanding environments, though users should be mindful that their lightweight, technical feel may differ from traditional cotton or denim options.

While the material is quick-drying, they are designed for trekking and hiking rather than use as dedicated swimwear.
The treatment is durable, but its efficacy can diminish over many wash cycles. Regular gentle washing helps preserve the garment.
The shorts feature a part-elasticated waist, providing a flexible fit that accommodates movement and comfort.
It is generally recommended to avoid heavy fabric softeners, as they can sometimes interfere with the wicking performance of technical synthetic fabrics.
The side pockets are designed for small essentials. Larger modern smartphones may be too big or heavy for the side pockets.
Ensure you are folding the shorts systematically rather than stuffing them. Start by folding the main body into the footprint of the zipped pocket before inverting the pocket over the fabric.
While the fabric is quick-drying, it is not waterproof. In heavy rain, they may become saturated. Utilize the drying loop to hang them in a ventilated area as soon as possible.
These shorts are designed for immediate wear. To ensure the longevity of the fabric and the integrated anti-insect treatment, wash the shorts in cool water with mild detergent. Avoid using harsh chemical bleaches, as these can compromise the protective coatings. Always check the internal garment tag for the most accurate temperature settings for washing and drying. To maximize the life of the elasticated waistband and the technical fabric, air-drying is recommended over machine drying, utilizing the built-in drying loop for convenience.
