How should I wash them to protect the fabric?

Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

Troubleshooting

Waistband rolling down during exercise

Ensure the foldover portion is seated correctly on the hips and not over-stretched before beginning activity.

Fabric feeling less soft after many washes

Avoid using fabric softeners and ensure you are washing in cold water on a delicate cycle.

Odor lingering in the fabric

Use an antimicrobial-specific sports detergent and ensure the garment is hung to dry immediately after washing.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your Under Armour Motion Capris, proper care is essential. Wash the garment in cold water with similar colors to prevent fading or dye transfer. It is recommended to use a gentle cycle and avoid harsh detergents or fabric softeners, as these can degrade the specialized fabric fibers and odor-control treatments. Air drying or tumble drying on low heat is preferred over high heat, which can damage the elastic integrity of the 4-way stretch material. Given the fabric is engineered to reduce microplastic shedding, avoiding abrasive washing conditions is beneficial for both the garment and the environment.
