The Nike V5 RNR Trainers are designed for active adults who appreciate a blend of Y2K-inspired aesthetics and modern everyday comfort. These shoes feature a chunky, lightweight foam midsole and sophisticated metallic accents, making them an ideal choice for casual wearers seeking both style and support. While the cushioning is excellent for daily activities, potential buyers should note that this specific model is primarily built for lifestyle use rather than high-intensity athletic training.

These trainers are designed for casual lifestyle use. While they are comfortable for walking, they are not intended for high-intensity athletic running.
Spot clean with a damp cloth and a very mild soap solution. Avoid bleach and machine washing to protect the metallic detailing.
Yes, they generally follow standard sizing conventions, but it is recommended to reference your previous Nike footwear fit.
Low-cut or ankle socks are recommended to complement the retro runner silhouette, though they pair well with various casual styles.
The insoles are designed for the specific contour of the shoe, but they can be replaced with thin, flat orthotics if necessary.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can cause the materials to discolour or degrade over time.
Use a soft brush to remove loose debris, then wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
This is a natural occurrence with foam-based lifestyle shoes. Use a shoe tree when not wearing to help maintain the original shape.
Check the tread patterns for trapped pebbles or dirt and use a stiff brush to clear them out.
To ensure your V5 RNR trainers remain in top condition, follow these simple guidelines. For sizing, these are standard women's trainers; verify your specific UK size as Nike fits can vary slightly by model. For maintenance, keep the shoes away from harsh detergents or machine washing, which can degrade the foam and metallic accents. Instead, spot clean the upper with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. If the midsoles become scuffed, a soft-bristle brush can help remove dirt from the foam crevices. Always air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping or adhesive failure.
