The Nike V5 RNR is designed for light athletic activities and everyday wear. They provide good stability, but dedicated long-distance runners may prefer specialized performance running models.
These trainers use standard UK adult sizing. It is recommended to choose your usual size, keeping in mind the ergonomic fit might feel slightly more snug than casual flat-soled sneakers.
It is not recommended to machine wash your Nike trainers. Hand cleaning with a damp cloth or soft brush is the safest way to maintain the materials and cushioning.
As with any white footwear, they are prone to showing dirt. We recommend applying a protective water-repellent spray specifically designed for footwear to help minimize staining.
Yes, the V5 RNR features an ergonomic design that offers the stability needed for general gym workouts, weight training, and fitness classes.
Use a specialized sneaker cleaner or a mild soap and water solution with a soft cloth to gently buff out stains.
Ensure the laces are adjusted to accommodate your foot volume and verify that the socks worn are not too thick for the shoe's internal fit.
To ensure the best fit, verify your UK shoe size against the manufacturer's scale, as the V5 RNR is designed with a specific performance silhouette. For care, it is recommended to wipe the white exterior regularly with a soft, damp cloth to prevent dirt from settling into the material. If the shoes become heavily soiled, use a mild soap solution and a soft-bristled brush, allowing them to air dry away from direct heat sources to maintain the integrity of the foam cushioning.
