Troubleshooting

Trolley handle doesn't extend fully.

Check for any obstructions or debris in the handle mechanism. Gently pull the handle while pressing the release button. If it still doesn't extend, contact customer support.

Zippers get stuck.

Make sure the fabric around the zipper isn't caught. Gently move the slider back and forth to loosen it. Consider lubricating the zipper with a wax-based product.

Bag is too heavy when packed.

Remove some items or repack to distribute weight evenly. Use packing cubes to help organize and compress items. Ensure you are not exceeding weight restrictions.
