The 740 V2 is primarily a lifestyle and heritage-inspired trainer; it is not recommended for dedicated long-distance or high-intensity running.
Yes, they are designed as a unisex model, suitable for all adults regardless of gender.
Use a soft brush to remove dry dirt and a damp cloth with mild soap for localized cleaning. Avoid machine washing.
They generally follow standard New Balance sizing for adults, but if you have a wide foot, consider how other New Balance lifestyle models have fit you previously.
Yes, the insoles are removable and can be swapped for custom orthotics if necessary.
Wear the shoes for short periods around the house to allow the materials and cushioning to adapt to your foot shape.
Gently scrub with a soft brush or a microfiber cloth dampened with water and a tiny amount of mild detergent, then air dry.
To ensure your 740 V2 trainers last, avoid submerging them in water or using harsh chemical cleaners. For light maintenance, remove surface dust with a soft-bristled brush. If the mesh gets dirty, use a damp cloth with mild soap to gently spot clean the area, then air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material warping. Always ensure you are selecting your standard adult UK sizing, as the fit follows classic New Balance sizing conventions.
