The Homemaker Opulence Shaggy Rug is designed for homeowners seeking to add instant warmth and luxury to living rooms, bedrooms, or lounge areas through its exceptionally plush 60mm pile. It serves as a versatile decor piece that complements both minimalist and traditional interiors with its solid colour finish, though its deep pile requires regular maintenance to prevent flattening and debris buildup.

You can keep the rug looking fresh by gently shampooing the surface as needed. Avoid high-heat steam cleaning.
Yes, it is highly recommended to use a rug grip to prevent slipping and ensure the rug stays flat on your floor.
While it can be placed anywhere, its 60mm pile is best suited for living rooms or bedrooms rather than high-traffic entryways.
The 160cm x 230cm size is ideal for adding warmth to the sides or foot of a bed, but may not fully cover the entire area under a king-size frame.
Regularly shake the rug outdoors or use a vacuum on a low-suction setting designed for delicate or long-pile fabrics.
Place a dedicated rug grip or non-slip underlay beneath the rug to keep it securely in place.
Gently fluff the fibres by hand or use a specialized rug rake to restore the pile height.
Blot the spill immediately with a clean, dry cloth and use a mild rug shampoo to gently clean the area.
For optimal stability and safety, it is highly recommended to place a rug grip underneath the rug to prevent it from sliding on hard surfaces like timber or tiles. When setting up, unroll the rug in your desired location and allow it to lie flat; if the edges curl, gently reverse-roll them for a short time. To maintain the rug, perform spot cleaning for spills and use a gentle surface shampoo to refresh the fibres. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the pile texture.
