It is generally not recommended as the thick 60mm pile can tangle the vacuum's brushes or cause the unit to become stuck.
No, this rug is not machine washable. Spot clean only by dabbing the affected area gently.
Some initial shedding of loose fibers is normal for new shaggy rugs; this will decrease significantly with regular, gentle maintenance.
This rug features a 60mm ultra-thick pile.
Yes, it is suitable for use on most standard floor heating systems, as it can help distribute the warmth evenly.
Place heavy books or furniture on the corners for 24-48 hours to help the rug settle.
Gently shake the rug outdoors or use a high-powered vacuum with the beater bar turned off.
Upon arrival, unroll the rug and allow it to lay flat for several hours to let the pile settle and any folding marks to disappear. For the best longevity, use a non-slip rug pad underneath to keep it secure on hardwood or tile floors. To maintain the appearance, perform light vacuuming regularly using a suction-only setting; avoid rotating brush heads, which can pull or fray the long fibers. For deeper cleaning, spot clean spills immediately with a mild detergent and water, and avoid soaking the backing.
