How do I keep the white parts clean?

Can the insoles be replaced?

Yes, the insoles are removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if necessary.

Is this a unisex shoe?

Troubleshooting

The shoes feel slightly snug at first

Wear them with thin socks for the first few outings to allow the internal cushioning and materials to naturally stretch and contour to your foot.

Outer materials are picking up stains

Spot clean the affected areas immediately using a gentle sneaker cleaning solution or a cloth lightly dampened with water and mild detergent.

Pros and Cons

Limited to lifestyle usage rather than specialized gym training

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your ASICS Gel-NYC trainers remain in optimal condition, consider the following maintenance tips:

Break-in Period: Like most high-quality trainers, these may require a few days of light use to conform perfectly to your foot shape.
Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt or mud. For the white mesh components, a damp cloth with mild soap is recommended; avoid soaking the shoes or using harsh detergents.
Storage: Keep the shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation or color fading.
Air Drying: If they become damp, allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid using heaters or direct heat sources, as these can warp the materials.
